This location provides a Hammer Strength Line of Equipment, full free weight and cable options and a cardiovascular section which includes Treadmills, Elliptical Trainers Upright & Recumbent Bikes, Spin bikes, Stepmills and steppers. FM Broadcast Cardio Theater systems are also installed on all TV’s. A separate fitness studio offers a place to stretch, utilize the medicine balls, stability balls and heavy bag in relative privacy.
